Verdot was born in December 2020, on the ground floor of Hotel Mio, on Avenida Quintana. Since then, it has brought together over 300 Argentine labels in a climate-controlled cellar that travels through the regions, altitudes and styles of the whole country.
The concept combines a selection of wines with character, a kitchen designed to accompany every glass and signature cocktails. It all happens naturally: our team suggests without imposing and helps you find that wine you may not know yet.
The name comes from petit verdot, a grape that for a long time played a secondary role in the great Bordeaux blends and that, over the years, found a voice of its own. That story also says something about us: we care about labels with identity, less obvious journeys and wines that have something to tell.
At the centre of it all, an imposing cellar holds over 300 ways to travel across Argentina. All you have to do is sit down, choose a glass and let yourself be surprised.

Classics and signature creations, made with precision and a voice of their own. The menu carries the mark of Tato Giovannoni, creator of Florería Atlántico and a reference of Argentine bartending.
